Janelle Bruning, RN  

Director of Nursing  

Janelle has been at BVLH since March 2003.  Prior experience includes 20 years at Thayer County Health Services as well as a catering business.  Janelle and husband Doug live on a farm near Bruning. They have two married daughters and two beautiful granddaughters.  Janelle feels working with the staff and residents at BVLH has truly enriched her life.

Gaby Meyer 

Social Services Director 

Gaby has worked for BVLH since 2003 while still in high school, she started as a laundry aid, and then worked as a CNA/MA while attending college to get her Associates Degree in Human Services. Gaby and her husband have one daughter and live south of Carleton.  Gaby loves what she does and enjoys being there for the residents.

Jeanne Budler    

Activities Director  

Jeanne has worked in the healthcare field for 34 years, the last 26 with BVLH.  That is a lot of bingo!  The diversity of her work keeps it fresh and challenging.  Jeanne enjoys working for our residents and their families. Jeanne lives in Hebron and especially enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
